Each week, a local teacher guides students through three FREE 15-20 minute yoga classes at the markets (students are welcome to one session, not all three!). You’re welcome to donate some money at the end (to charity) if you loved the session. You don’t need any prior experience; you don’t even need a mat! Just turn up with a towel or mat, no special yoga get-up required. Clothes that allow you to move freely are just fine.
Keep an eye on our Facebook page for upcoming class dates.Continue Reading
